The listings here are definitely one of a kind, made by yours truly. However, that does not make them EXCLUSIVE. One of a kind means that you won't see another Etsy shop selling any of my designs (you may see ones with similar images, but the design itself is different). Non-exclusive means that the listing is re-listed after you purchase it, so it's still available for other shop owners to purchase. Once you add your logo, your name, your fonts and colors, the design will become unique to you.

As a graphic designer, I can do pretty much whatever is needed (I don't do car wraps, that's about it). What's the most unique or most difficult thing I ever designed? Absolutely! I can design anything you like. Check the custom order section to find the listing that best fits your needs. If you don't see the package you want, message me and we'll create one. Custom listings go through a proofing and approval process before the final files are sent to you.

Updates to custom listings after approval do incur additional charges; however, I keep all customer files safely archived so I will have your original files to work with (I'm just OCD that way). They don't go away just because your order is finished and approved.

Except under certain special circumstances, I cannot do refunds. Design is a personal process and you can't return digital files like a physical purchase. Thanks for your understanding in this. That said, I do work with you to get a final product that you love!
